"The best executive is the one who has sense enough to pick good men to do what he wants done, and self-restraint to keep from meddling with them while they do it." - Theodore Roosevelt
It is also said that leaders are not born, but made through hard work and initiative. The examples we set are perhaps the greatest marks we leave on those around us. Though Pamil Visions executives and staff would never be presumptive, we do know the qualities it takes to be good at it. Even great leaders sometimes need coaching in some small facet of their professional makeup. This is true for corporate leaders of the future as well.
Executive Management
Any great leader would be the first to tell you that leading requires an understanding of how to follow as well. From body language to table manners, a leader conveys a confidence, an idea, and exemplary charisma or fortitude that empowers people to emulate. It is in this emulation principal that great organizations are made, a corporate inner identity fashioned.
The image of a leader cannot be counterfeited, but leadership qualities can be taught and reinforced. We take this aspect of our business very seriously. We approach it from a the perspective of; "Would we want someone to tell us, or help us if we needed it?" There is an old saying in sport that rings true in any venue; "No matter how good you get, there is always someone better." This is how leaders approach each dawning day, and the reason we offer our help. Leaving no stone unturned, no detail overlooked - this is how greatness is revealed.
